This form does not go to the DJs themselves (although comments may be passed on if appropriate). Any requests or feedback to the DJ currenly on air should be send directly to that DJ via e-mail or in-game messaging.
If you are in the game, Chatbot will probably announce the contact information for the current DJ in the radio channel (or you can "/msg chatbot dj" to get Chatbot to send you the info in a private message).
